Nutella and Orange Pancakes
You’ll Need the following:
Ingredients
- 100 grams plain flour
- 2 Eggs
- 30ml Milk
- Nutella
- 1 Orange
Kitchen Utensils
- Mixing Bowl
- Non Stick Pan
- Grater
- Nutella
- Whisk
Method
Mix
• Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
• Add flour and whisk well.
• Leave for 10 mins to let the batter settle.
Cook
• In a medium heat pan
• Pour batter in the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side .
Decorate
• Leave to cool to room temperature
• Spread Nutella
• Zest some orange with a grater over the pancake.
• Then roll pancake and cut into small rounds.
