The Queen Margaret Suite is a break-out room located on the fifth floor and can seat up to 12 guests boardroom style. The room is often used to host small meetings. breakout sessions or mini conferences. Each room is equipped with a plasma presentation screen which can be easily linked to video conferencing and audio visual facilities. The room offers a wealth of flexibility and can be set up in a range of layouts to suit any requirements. This suite is often used as a syndicate room and is hired in conjunction with the Edinburgh Suite for larger conferences requiring space for meetings out-with the plenary room.
