At 200 Conference & Events the safety and wellbeing of our visitors and staff is of upmost priority. With that in mind, we have introduced new procedures and heightened our already high levels of health & safety.
Particular attention is placed on the following measures:
• Screening for COVID-19 symptoms
• Face coverings
• Social distancing
• Hand hygiene
What to Expect:
Screening for COVID-19 Symptoms
All persons arriving at 200 Conference & Events will be asked to participate in a brief symptom questionnaire and temperature check. Anyone with symptoms or a temperature of 38° or above will be asked to leave the premises immediately and follow Government / Public Health guidelines.
Completion of the screening process is mandatory for any member of the public, employee or contractor.
In line with Scottish Government guidelines, face coverings should be worn when visiting our premises. We would ask that you please wear a face covering upon arrival and throughout your visit to our venue.
We ensure that our staff wear face coverings at all times, for your safety and theirs.
At 200 Conference & Events we will provide ample space so that you can host your meeting or event safely.
You will be allocated a dedicated Event Manager who will plan all logistics with you to ensure full social distancing guidelines are adhered to and that there are no unnecessary risks.
On arrival at 200 Conference & Events you will be asked to sanitise your hands with our foot pump sanitiser.
We request that you sanitise your hands frequently during your visit. Our staff have strict hand hygiene protocols and wash their hands on a regular basis.
