Spa day, the best day ever! This place is just wonderful and are the staff, Jennifer and Lauren and Danielle, all lovely very helpful girls with excellent customer service skills. In between Christmas and new year I visited this venue with my mum and aunt. We had booked as a treat during the festive period. The building is sleek and luxurious as is the elemis spa. We were the only patrons in this afternoon and we were very relaxed having a superb lunch. Treatments were given one at a time whilst the others relaxed in the relaxation room. I have had many massages but this genuinely was the most luxurious and worthwhile. I also really enjoyed the tailored facial. I strongly recommended this sanctuary in a city centre location. You will be in for a real treat!
